C.M.S S.p.A. arrives finalist at “Oscar for Budget 2014” and is rewarded for the Annual Report

Transparency and dialogue with employees, the distinctive elements that led to the conquest of this important result.

 

On December the 1rst in Milan, it took place the 50th Awards Ceremony for the “Oscar for Budget”, at the headquarters of the Italian Stock
Exchange, under the patronage of the President of the Republic, a contest promoted and managed by FERPI – Italian Public Relations Federation. C.M.S S.p.A. was honored as finalist of the “Oscar for Budget“, for the category “Small and Medium Enterprises unquoted.” An important result that the company wants to share with all stakeholders, especially in light of the reasons stated by the commission: “In the Sustainability Report, that includes a section on the Social aspects, the topics of CSR are treated in a clear and comprehensive way. The exposure of the results obtained with reference to the corresponding target is particularly effective.

 

The Annual Report is good overall, very clear, effective and comprehensive. The economic and financial information are adequate, particularly appreciated the Sustainability part, very complete
regarding the economic, social and environmental issues. The document has an original style, the values of social responsibility sustained by the company are evident. The materiality matrix is correct and complete, so the good explanation of the objectives and the stakeholders involved. Excellent description of CSR activities for employees, particularly in relation to the Analysis of Climate, where for every problem emerged the corrective actions are declared and shown the related progress.
