Given that human resources are an important part of the company's capital, protecting their interests is essential and means guaranteeing fairness, transparency, and meritocracy in management and development decisions.

CMS invests in training, specialisation, and fostering professionalism. This means it is committed to listening to the needs of its workers, to developing their personal skills and to encouraging interest in their roles. As a result, the company endeavours to give every worker the opportunity to express his or her full potential and tries to seek out their personal motivation.

CMS has set itself the goals of creating a "team culture", spreading a spirit of joint responsibility, and encouraging shared communication. Becoming a company that can share its successes and failures with all its employees, regardless of hierarchical roles or departments, is a goal CMS pursues with determination. The management levels meet continuously to reach agreements on strategies and objectives, and the strategies are passed on to all employees through daily meetings and plenary meetings.

Within the company, activities are developed to improve relations with workers (including the crèche and regular news bulletins) and events are organised to build a corporate climate of trust, respect, and friendship (festivals, open days, trips, sporting events).

Among the actions specifically aimed at those working in the company, the Internal Relations Charter stands out above the rest. The motto "Along the path of growth" featured in the charter brings together a number of initiatives aimed at improving the corporate climate, while the principles of conduct entitled "Working in CMS" set the rules from which stem the workers’ duties but also their rights. It is a kind of Company Regulations document.

Once a year, the corporate climate is monitored through a detailed questionnaire whose aggregate results are then presented and discussed during a meeting in which all employees take part.
