CMS SpA began to commit itself in social responsibility by realizing the company nursery school in 2007 and carrying out a number of activities testified in the Social Balance both in 2008 and in 2009. A key-role was then played by SA8000 Certificate, issued in November 2010 by the prestigious Certification Committee DNV, through which the company recognizes the importance of respecting human and workers rights, fighting against children exploitation and guaranteeing safety and healthiness in workplace. According to the rule, the company has to supervise its suppliers, who should keep similar behaviours.
