| Mc Donald’s Italy placed CO.MA.RI. on his official list of suppliers! The prospect is an extensive cooperation with the many fast-food chains sales outlets. Good prospects from the foreign markets too, thanks to some recent business agreements. Fabio Muratori, sales director, become a partner of the Company.

| Mr. Andrea Vaccai, already General Manager of CMS, is the new Managing Director of Filling Systems. The double goal is to steady the activity of industrial machines overhualing and to introduce itself on the market of industrial products assembly.

| “HAPPY HOUR” |

| Inside the new wide plant, on 20th December CMS celebrated Christmas with music, buffet, toasts and wishes. The occasion was to announce: company’s future, CMS’s support of Umberto Veronesi Foundation for the progress of Science; the retirement of Angelo Cappi who, however, will continue to collaborate for the development of new project. Marco Gozzoli, Production Manager, received an award for the last 25 years inside the Company.

| RSI AWARD GRANTED TO CMS |
|
|
|
| The Province of Modena granted CMS the Corporate Responsibility Award in the “equal opportunity” section, for the company nursery project. During the ceremony Elena Salda accepted the award and referred briefly to the values of the company activity.
