      CMS has been operating for 45 years in mechanical constructions for third parties, following the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility. Since 2007 our welfare project “Better Factory Better Life” has contributed to improving the work/life balance of our employees.
      We activated lots of initiatives over the years: free screenings in the company for employees and awareness-raising projects on health protection, volunteering, continuous training, flexible working hours, internal library and canteen, a corporate policy aimed at gender equality, the enhancement of female talent and parenting support thanks to our company nursery.
