Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials

This certification witnesses the application of structured and standardized welding processes in compliance with international criteria and it certifies the solidity of processes managed by personnel with a special focus on expertise and skills related to the ability to realize quality welding.

Declaration of conformity relating to materials and objects in contact with food.

Declaration of conformity within food contact materials and objects. Thanks to its multi-year experience in the supply of food machineries, as well as a constant improvement of its skills and processes, C.M.S. is able to issue declarations of compliance with the legal requirements expressed by Legislative Decree 29/2017, referred to food contact materials and objects, if this is requested by the customer in the starting phase.

UL certification

Certification of compliance with US safety requirements

Each mark testifies to compliance with US safety regulations (OSHA) and certifies the suitability of mechatronic products in relation to potential risks of fire, electric shock and mechanical hazards. C.M.S. is able to set up supply and manufacturing processes traced and qualified by a third party inspector, suitable for marking, through projects developed together with the customer.

Legality Rating

The Legality Rating is an innovative tool developed by the Competition and Market Authority (AGCM) in agreement with the Ministries of the Interior and Justice, which recognizes rewards for companies that operate according to the principles of legality, transparency and social responsibility.
