A special focus on equal opportunities is a distinctive feature of our business model: the sharing of ethical values and gender equality are integral to the company’s ethos. We have a special Committee – the “D&I” (Diversity & Inclusion) Committee – tasked with promoting and supporting an inclusive working environment on all fronts, so that all workers are treated equally and have the same opportunities for success, irrespective of their ethnic background, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, ability or other aspects of their identity.

C.M.S. is a modern, inclusive organisation: the more than 40 women employees, with operating or office duties, account for 25% of the company community and prove that the world of machining is no longer strictly reserved for men. The approximately 20 foreign workers make up 10% of employees and come from 7 different countries: Marocco, Nigeria, Albania, Ghana, Argentina, Bangladesh and the Philippines.
We support a multi-ethnic workplace, promoting intercultural integration and sharing, convinced that differences can be a strength and an opportunity for mutual learning and growth.

Quality and Certifications C.M.S. has obtained UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification on Gender Equality: this process was undertaken in a company context that recognises Equal Opportunities as an extraordinary driver of growth, as well as one of the most important and urgent pillars of the UN Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development.
