The Process
Industrialization
We interact with your design systems (CAD: CREO, SOLIDWORKS; CAM: HYPERMILL), we collaborate with your technical department, we apply improvements to your projects, we create bills of materials and production cycles, we optimize costs.
Raw material
We work with different types of steel in specific dedicated warehouses, in particular:
– Stainless steel AISI 304 and 316
– Aluminium (all alloys)
– Plastics and technical resins
– Construction steels
– Hardened and tempered steel
Mechanical processing
We carry out specific welding (TIG, MIG and MIG with manual, circular and robotized welding) with different types of thicknesses: sheets from 0.5 to 20 mm, round bars up to D.300, square / rectangular bars up to 300 × 300 (management of raw parts with larger dimensions cut, forged, or obtained from other technologies).
